We are now accepting applications for a School Connections Worker to work as part of a team providing service to students at St. Joseph's Collegiate located in Brooks, Alberta. This position is connected to Complexity Funding and runs concurrent with the school calendar. This is a full time position with benefits averaging 36 hours per week for the school year 2026-2027 with a possibility of extension.

The School Connections Worker will collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and community partners to support at-risk students in achieving academic and personal success. This role focuses on fostering school connectedness through proactive engagement, mentoring, skills-based group facilitation, and oversight of therapeutic in-school suspension programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Diploma in the field of human services, mental health or a related discipline.




- Practical experience in the mental health field, including supporting students with social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging and supporting youth and their families.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
