This temporary contract spans 12-16 months, with the opportunity to become a full time role. Working Monday to Friday, you will be based in Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray, contributing to impactful recruitment strategies. Your experience will be pivotal in understanding client manpower needs and effectively sourcing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive high-volume recruitment for diverse industrial client sites
• Advertise open positions and track incoming applications
• Evaluate resumes and verify candidate qualifications




• Assist in interviewing and crafting offer letters
• Utilize ATS CRM, Indeed, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in high-volume recruitment
• Strong skills in sourcing and recruitment marketing
• Adept at communicating recruitment needs to team leaders
• Experienced in full-cycle recruitment processes
• Proficiency with Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
