JOB STATEMENT The incumbent will be responsible for working within the head office Guardian Billing team and, where needed, providing dependable billing administration services to Guardian Capital Advisors (GCA), Guardian Partners (GP), Guardian Capital Limited Partnership (GCLP) and Guardian Finance. Reporting to the Team Lead, Guardian Billing, and Director of Investment Operations, this experienced candidate will build and maintain successful relationships with all levels of staff, external clients, and service providers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Support the day‑to‑day billing administration for GCA, GPI and GCLP; Supportad hoc and period‑end billing processes with GCA, GPI and GCLP to ensure that deadlines are met and the client reports are generated accurately and proficiently; Work with thebusiness and Guardian Finance to coordinate the collection of fees,



creation of fee‑related invoices, and management of accounts receivable for GCA, GPI and GCLP; Supportthe Team Lead by providing periodic and continuous improvement and quality control to the systems and processes. Assist the Team Lead with the creation of management reports, as well as identifying other reporting needs; Work onspecial projects and system improvements; and Assist inproviding technical support and training for staff at GCA, GPI, GCLP and Guardian Finance; Providesupport on ad hoc tasks as they are assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Post‑secondary education in business, accounting, and finance, with a focus on pursuing a career in Accounting. Experience using Revport is strongly recommended. Well‑experienced with Billing and Accounts Receivable processes Qualified work ethic and a team player Solid understanding of the financial services industry Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (macros, functions, etc), Word, Qlik, Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills Experience using SS&C products, especially Pacer and Recon Ability to multitask and to communicate with all levels of staff Willingness to take additional courses to improve skills as required COMPENSATION The base salary range is expected to be between $60,000 - $75,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
