This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced operational environments, and are committed to delivering exceptional security services. The successful candidate core duties include controlling site access, conducting routine perimeter patrols, monitoring digital surveillance systems, checking for safety or fire hazards, and documenting daily activity logs.

customer friendly image at all times Ensure that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor or Manager Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills Operate/monitor security room equipment, Completion of site required training Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.

Experience with report writing and note-taking. Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.

Valid

Manitoba security guard license. High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Must be proficient using computer Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
