This full time or part-time position demands a committed individual ready to provide outstanding customer service. As a Security Guard, you will manage resident access, assist guests, and uphold a safe environment.

Your proactive training in emergency procedures will be essential as you resolve conflicts and support building management. Key Responsibilities:

- Offer high-quality concierge services at front desk locations
- Manage access and registration for residents and visitors
- Address conflicts using effective communication techniques
- Assist Property Management and contractors where needed
- Engage in regular training for emergency protocols Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (or in progress)
- Over 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with a hospitality background
- Friendly, approachable demeanor for resident interactions
- Composure and quality service under pressure
