Duties

- Control access to the facility by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activities across the premises and identify potential security threats.
- Perform routine patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and implementing security protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for record-keeping and reporting purposes.




- Enforce safety policies and procedures to uphold a secure environment for all staff and visitors.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV systems operation.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and best practices in security management.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public.
- Basic understanding of emergency response procedures and incident management.
- Certification or training in security operations or law enforcement is a plus but not mandatory.
