As a Security Officer, you will be the first line of defense, maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance and proactive loss prevention measures.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the property and identify potential security threats.
- Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Perform routine patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and conducting inspections to prevent theft or damage.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents,



and visitor entries for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras and monitoring software is essential.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices for deterring theft and vandalism.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
- Strong observational skills with an eye for detail to identify unusual activity or potential hazards.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel.
- Valid certifications in security operations or relevant training are preferred but not mandatory.
