Overview

Allied Universal is currently hiring experienced

Security Professional – Pharmaceutical Site Guard for a high-profile pharmaceutical client in

Mississauga, ON.

The ideal candidate is a polished and reliable professional with strong communication skills,

the ability to work rotating continental shifts , and experience in controlled-access or sensitive environments . This role requires a high level of professionalism,

attention to detail,

and the ability to respond effectively in agile situations .

Key Responsibilities

Monitor access control systems and CCTV

Conduct regular foot patrols of the facility





Maintain a strong security presence in a high-profile environment

Communicate professionally with site personnel, management, and security teams

Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner

Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate logs

Ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent site coverage

Perform site inspections to uphold strict security standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience

1–2 years of experience in a hospital, corporate office, or similar high-security environment

Must be eligible to work full-time (40 hours per week) in Canada

Valid Ontario Security Guard License

Must have First Aid & CPR

Experience with

CCTV monitoring and access control systems

Proficient in

Microsoft Office and general computer use

Physically able to perform extended foot patrols (indoor and outdoor)

Capable of standing/walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 15 kg

Robust communication and customer service skills
