We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant. This role is responsible for processing dealer bonus payments, supporting agents with payment inquiries, and maintaining accurate dealer and payment information in the systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly dealer bonus payments and upload payments into the payment platform.

- Assist agents with dealer inquiries related to bonus payments.

- Enter dealer payments and process cheque deposits using the cheque machine for non-automotive products.

- Create and maintain users, dealers, and rate profiles in PCRS.

- Run contracts and support related administrative processes.

- Work with Acumatica for accounting and financial processes.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in accounting, payments, or a related administrative role.

- Experience with Acumatica is preferred.

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.





- CPA designation is an asset but not required.
