In the role of In-Suite Finishing Technician, you will be responsible for completing a variety of finishing tasks and repairs within occupied residential units at Medallion. The position requires excellent finishing skills and a minimum of 2 years' experience in painting, drywall repair, and basic maintenance. You will have the chance to interact with residents and ensure their homes are treated with respect and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute drywall repairs, plastering, sanding, and touch-ups
• Paint surfaces while protecting residents' belongings




• Install and repair suite fixtures and finishing components
• Conduct inspections to uphold quality assurance
• Assist with work orders and light maintenance tasks
Requirements:
