As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the full responsibility of monthly closes and acquisition accounting under ASC 805.

You will lead a team of three in ensuring accuracy across all financial entries while partnering with leadership and auditors to translate intricate financial information.

- Oversee all aspects of acquisition integrations and purchase accounting
- Manage the monthly and quarterly financial close process




- Prepare annual and quarterly financial reporting statements
- Continuously enhance financial record-keeping systems
- Lead and develop a proactive accounting team Requirements:
- 7+ years in accounting or finance roles
- 4+ years managing others in an accounting function
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, CPA preferred
- Solid understanding of ASC 805
