In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.About this teamThe Office of Technology (OOT) is responsible for aligning lululemon’s technology priorities with business needs to fuel scalable growth, operational excellence, and innovation. Our mandate is to drive clarity, prioritization, and transformation across the Technology organization, ensuring our teams stay connected to the business and focused on the highest impact work. We partner closely with senior leaders, functional teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders to elevate the voice of the customer, surface opportunity areas, and translate strategy into actionable, technology enabled outcomes.Core responsibilitiesAs a Senior Program Manager, you will coordinate technology program delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies and ensuring successful delivery of technical capabilities while balancing scope, timeline, and resource constraints. You will translate business needs into program plans, align work across teams, and drive program execution through effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will own program success by tracking progress, managing changes, and coordinating delivery activities, continuously strengthening program management practices.Select responsibilities include:Lead programs coordinating multiple teams and workstreams to deliver strategic business outcomesDefine comprehensive program plans establishing scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, dependencies, and success metricsDrive program execution using Agile delivery practices, orchestrating cross-functional delivery, managing interdependencies,



mitigating risks, and ensuring predictable executionEstablish program governance including executive status reporting, steering committee management, and strategic risk escalationManage program budgets including financial planning, expenditure tracking, variance analysis, and investment optimizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree or PMP preferred6-10 years of program management, project management, technology program coordination, or business analysis experience, or equivalentProven track record of planning and delivering complex, large-scale technology programs across multiple teams and organizational boundariesExperience engaging senior stakeholders and leaders to align delivery priorities and manage complex trade-offs and expectationsDemonstrated ability to manage cross-domain dependencies and risks using established frameworks; experience leading resolution across organizational boundariesAdvanced experience with delivery and collaboration tools (e.G., Jira, Confluence, Miro).must havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.additional notesAuthorization to work in Canada is required for this role.compensation and benefits packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance.



Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$132,600 - $174,000CADannually ; the base pay offered isbased on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
