- Help business sectors analyze and organize their AI needs to steer initiatives toward the most appropriate solutions
- Contribute expertise in value creation, adoption and productivity AI capabilities during workshops exploring and refining use cases
- Help business partners assess expected value, identify advantages and define success metrics
- Help business sectors navigate governance and risk management processes and obtain required approvals
- Recommend solutions tailored to business needs based on capabilities, constraints, risks and desired outcomes
- Define, document and continuously improve methods, guides, templates and best practices for responsible AI adoption
- Serve as liaison between business sectors, technology teams, data teams and governance partners
- Monitor developments in AI technology and business applications

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Proven experience with organization-wide transformation initiatives
- Experience defining and monitoring key performance indicators and benefits
- Experience analyzing risks associated with digital or technology initiatives
- Experience supporting managers and leaders through transformation
- Knowledge of French is required




- Expertise in business analysis and in assessing opportunities to apply AI to business processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information to a variety of audiences
- Conceptual understanding of generative AI, conversational agents and automation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Power Platform and Microsoft Purview
