Key Responsibilities:



• Manage day-to-day user inquiries and requests • Collaborate with the Technical Services team for resolution • Implement user appreciation and survey initiatives • Support emergency situations effectively • Maintain and fulfill property-related documentation

Requirements: • 2-5 years in a customer-centric administrative role • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word • Highly organized with multi-tasking abilities • Previous Yardi experience is a plus
