In this position, you'll independently manage files and play a vital role in handling complex matters alongside experienced partners. - Independently manage insurance defence files with partner oversight
- Prepare pleadings, reports, and litigation documents
- Participate in trial, arbitration,

Requirements:

- 5–8 years’ experience in Ontario litigation
- Solid technical knowledge of Civil Procedure and Insurance Act
