Our client is seeking a Senior AWS Connect Lead Engineer to join their team. As a Senior AWS Connect Lead Engineer, you will be part of the Contact Center Modernization team supporting enterprise contact center migrations and AI-driven customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and innovative thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior AWS Connect Lead Engineer

Location: Toronto, ONTARIO, with remote work options available. Preference for hybrid work model, with 3-4 days onsite if based in Toronto.

What's the Job? Design and implement AWS Connect solutions tailored to enterprise needs.

Develop technical integrations between AWS Connect and various enterprise platforms and APIs.

Build and enhance Agentic AI capabilities within AWS Connect environments to improve customer interactions.

Integrate AWS Connect with Authentication Services (CIAM) and Line-of-Business APIs for secure and seamless operations.

Collaborate closely with architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What's Needed? Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Contact Center, AWS, and Integration Engineering roles.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS Connect design and implementation.

Proficiency in integrating AWS Connect with enterprise platforms and APIs, including secure authentication services.

Solid cloud engineering background with AWS development expertise.





Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
