Must Haves

- 10+ years in Business Analysis supporting SDLC delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Requirements elicitation , requirements analysis , lifecycle management , and process modeling within enterprise environments
- Agile , hybrid , or stage-gated delivery frameworks supporting enterprise applications and system integrations
- Visio , Lucidchart , Jira , Azure DevOps , Confluence , and ServiceNow
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to Have

- Understanding of ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, and Okta
- Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain systems
- Exposure to data analysis, data mapping, or integrations
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance considerations within business and system requirements

Responsibilities





- Lead end-to-end requirements activities from discovery and elicitation through validation, UAT, and implementation support
- Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to align requirements with scope, timelines, and delivery objectives
- Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing and regression testing activities
- Develop process models, workflows, and documentation to support solution delivery
- Manage requirements traceability, change control, and impact assessment throughout the solution lifecycle
