Seeking NON-UNION Senior Colorist who can work in Avid Symphony starts ASAP

We are a Toronto-based production company who produces award-winning television looking to expand our post-production department for the new 13-episode season of our established scripted comedy television series.

MUST BE:

- Non-Union
- Ontario resident
- Canadian citizen
- Experienced with colouring for TV broadcast
- Proficient colour grading and colour correcting in Avid Symphony

Qualifications:

- Experience colour grading and colour correcting for broadcast television programming
- Can meet technical broadcast standards and the program’s delivery specifications
- Solid proficiency with Avid Media Composer/Avid Symphony
- Able to take creative direction and work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities involve but not limited to:





- Collaborating and working closely with producer and showrunner on the desired visual tone and execution
- Performing color correction and naturalistic color grading in Avid Symphony
- Ensuring technical specs fall under broadcast requirements
- Working with 4K and 1080 video footage

Rate based on experience. Job Types: Fixed term contract, Freelance

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
