Senior Market Manager – Omni-Channel Strategy & EnablementLocation: Montréal, QC, CA; Rimouski, QC, CA; Quebec, QC, CA; Montréal, QC, CA (H2Z 1W7)Job Type: Full Time, Regular ScheduleDescriptionSenior Market Manager – Omni Channel Strategy and Enablement will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive omnichannel strategic framework designed to optimize business performance across all community channels.Responsibilities- Ownership of Omnichannel Strategic Framework and Implementation- Develop and maintain the global omnichannel strategy and implementation framework- Establish strategic foundations for channel selection, message optimization, and distribution timing- Design and refine community mobilization strategy for market penetration and customer engagement- Ensure alignment between strategic planning and operational implementation- Define approach for evaluating and optimizing performance of communication channels- Establish overview of local event calendar and activations across community markets- Prioritize, coordinate, and implement community events and local market initiatives- Manage activation strategies in communities and market segments- Coordinate development and deployment of marketing resources across channels, partners, and influencers- Develop social media guides and social selling strategies- Create campaign frameworks, promotional event strategies, and customer communication scripts- Ensure marketing resources are optimized for each channel and audience segment- Manage distribution and training on all implementation materials- Develop the Market Development Fund (MDF)
strategy and deployment framework- Create MDF deployment plan with allocation criteria and governance- Oversee strategic deployment of MDF resources across channels and initiatives- Establish guidelines for MDF utilization by partners- Monitor MDF effectiveness and ROI- Establish governance framework for channel KPIs with metrics and targets- Monitor and report channel performance against KPIs- Implement performance management processes and review cycles- Identify performance gaps and recommend optimization strategies- Serve as principal organizer of all activities and initiatives- Develop and maintain activity roadmap aligned with organizational objectives- Ensure coordination and sequencing of all channel and community initiatives- Monitor progress against roadmap and adjust priorities as needed- Communicate status and performance to management- Provide direct work direction to contractual resources supporting implementation- Establish weekly priorities and approve all deliverables- Establish and maintain quality standards for all outputs- Review and validate work products before deployment- Provide feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvementQualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field- Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, channel management,
or commercial activation- Demonstrated experience in event management and local market activation- Proven expertise in omnichannel strategy and digital sales transformation- Demonstrated success in cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder managementTechnical Skills- Proficiency with project and event management tools- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms- Advanced data analysis and performance measurement capabilities- Expertise with collaboration and communication tools- Ability to develop strategic frameworks and governance models- Experience with marketing resource management systemsInterpersonal and Professional Skills- Excellent communication abilities in French and English; advanced English required for regular interaction with external and internal parties and for IT tools- Ability to work effectively in English‑speaking technology environments- Strong team collaboration and cross‑functional partnership skills- Strategic thinking balancing vision and tactical execution- Creative problem‑solving and innovation mindset- Adaptability and change management capability- Leadership presence and ability to influence without direct authorityCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $86,000 – $136,000 (actual total compensation determined by experience and performance).
