- Provide legal advice on employment matters and disputes
- Oversee external counsel and manage litigation processes
- Draft and negotiate HR policies and contracts
- Deliver legal training and support to HR teams
- Monitor and assess legal compliance and regulatory changes

Requirements:

- Must be an Active Member of Barreau du Québec
- 7 to 10 years in commercial litigation experience
- Familiarity with aviation law is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in French and English for effective communication
