Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project phases, including budgets and schedules




• Plan and coordinate construction and maintenance activities
• Review documentation before bids or proposals
• Support contractor selection and prepare bid requests
• Ensure safety compliance and training for contractors
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• 3-5 years in construction or repair shop experience
• Prior U-Haul experience is required
• Ability to operate forklifts (training provided)
• OSHA certification preferred
