We are seeking a reliable, kind and fun nanny for our 2.5 year old boy/girl twins. We are looking for someone full time from Monday-Friday 9-4/5. We’re looking for 35-40~ hours a week to ensure we have childcare during our work hours. We have a cats in our home, so ideally someone is pet friendly. Schedule is flexible based on your needs and availability but reliability is key for us.I work from home in health tech and their dad is in general contracting. Ou kids love being outside and we spend most of our days playing outside, going to playgrounds, doing crafts, exploring, and encouraging independence and skill building. We are a screen free, gentle (not permissive) parent home and are eager to find the right fit. We live by Cow Lake and are a fun, outdoorsy family who loves their routine. The right person would be open to nannying in our home and also taking the babies on outings once they get the hang of things.
Tasks would include light meal prep on occasion (We tend to have a lot of meals and snacks ready to heat, so it just needs to be plated and served) and cleaning up their areas and after activities. We are adaptable and care most about them receiving engagement and care over other tasks. We know that it's a lot of work, so encourage rest and downtime during their nap.We see our nanny as an extension of our family and a part of our team and will ensure your time, expertise and needs are supported and valued. We’re looking for someone who has values aligned to our own and ideally would be a long term fit. Rate is $20-25/hr depending on experience, sick time, guaranteed hours and paid vacation after probation period. Contact for questions or if this sounds like a fit for you! Please respond to this ad telling us about yourself and your background.(Full-Time, Live-Out)For morning, day
