As the A/B Testing Analyst, you will report to the Manager of E-comm Analytics and Experimentation, overseeing the creation and execution of testing strategies. You will engage with web, app, and analytics teams to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring all tests yield actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:



• Guide the A/B testing strategy and roadmap for both brands • Formulate hypotheses from user insights and analytics • Launch experiments through SiteSpect and Optimizely • Scrutinize test results and document findings for teams • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding progress

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in a relevant quantitative field • 3-4 years experience in A/B testing within E-commerce • Robust grasp of statistical principles and analysis • Familiarity with Optimizely and Jira writing protocols • Capability to work autonomously and manage projects
