As Supervisor of Water Distribution, you will report to the Manager of Water Operations. Your primary responsibilities include supervising maintenance work, attending pre-construction meetings, and managing contractor resources. You will also ensure safety compliance, oversee staff training, and provide detailed reports on work activities. Your leadership will help maintain customer satisfaction by minimizing service disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise inspection and maintenance of water distribution systems
• Manage training and safety compliance for the team




• Organize and respond to urgent water distribution issues
• Attend pre-construction planning meetings
• Submit detailed reports regarding system status and activities
Requirements:
• Class 3 Water Distribution Certificate from the Ministry of Environment
• Minimum 4 years as a water system operator
• Strong knowledge of Secure Drinking Water Act regulations
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral formats
• Valid Class “G” Driver's Licence
