- Monitor program quality and promote community health
- Direct holistic counselling across treatment and aftercare
- Lead daily Wellness Centre program management

- Provide support to the Board of Directors in strategic direction

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Addictions or a health-related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Certified by a recognized certification body
- Familiarity with budget oversight exceeding $2 million
- Must have valid CPR & First Aid Training
