The Meadows Home for Special Care is seeking a Director of Maintenance & Environmental Services in Yarmouth, NS. You will lead maintenance, environmental services and laundry for a 105-resident home, balancing hands-on work with strategic planning and vendor management.

Reporting to the Community Lead, you will drive capital projects, ensure fire/Life Safety compliance, manage budgets and coordinate cross-functional teams with a patient-centered approach to care and safety.
