In a highly regulated industry, we believe AI must be practical, governed, and auditable—amplifying human expertise while helping our teams and clients focus on higher-value, strategic work.About the roleWe are seeking a Director of AI & ML to provide senior-level leadership in executing the vision, strategy, and governance of user-facing artificial intelligence products across PureFacts — and to personally build and ship the AI capabilities that deliver it. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you will set direction and ship code.You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions across the PureFacts platform, owning the ML/AI roadmap from evaluating advisor pricing through guided, agentic workflows that enable wealth managers to optimize their client portfolios. You’ll build a scalable, enterprise‑grade AI/ML platform, supporting training, inference, and eval pipelines for tens to hundreds of per‑tenant models. You will lead and manage a team of 3‑4 ML and AI & ML engineers who report directly to you — while building and shipping yourself.
