SENIOR FACILITY ENGINEER The role is responsible for managing technical operations at the Matsogo/Igbolo/Amoji facility and reporting directly to the Technical Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include:

1. Lead Engineering activities across projects ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective execution
2. Provide leadership for the planning, Execution, and delivery of technical projects and operational services
3. Develop production optimization techniques in line with Company HSE policy in a safe and efficient manner.
4. Oversee daily gas injection with NGIC, NGML, and other stakeholders
5. Liaise with the Regulators to obtain all required approvals and certificates for field operations and projects
6. Attend to operational regulatory (NMDPRA, NUPRC & others) demands
7. Develop and manage budget and operational expenses of field activities.
8. Oversee proposal development, bid packages and subcontractor agreements.
9. Manage the commissioning and start-up of new gas projects & flow station upgrade/modifications to ensure compliance with standards, specs and contract terms & conditions.
10. Effectively maintain internal and external communications with a broad variety of engineering disciplines and top management.
11. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)



to guide critical operational workflows around the Facility.
12. Provide effective cost and risk management.

Required competencies include: ü Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum or related Engineering discipline ü Experience: Minimum of 10 years working experience with the upstream oil & Gas industry, at least 5 years in management of gas projects and operation including ü Technical Exposure: Strong experience in engineering projects, facility engineering, production support, maintenance and engineering design ü Professional Competency in:

- Gas processing plant

- Flow Station

- Pipeline

- Metering and calibration system

- Pig Launcher and receiver

- Glycol dehydration unit
- E&P; field operation experience and Engineering design.
- An understanding of Oil & Gas industry legislative and regulatory requirements, including project proposals, submissions, reports, approvals, cost recovery components, and auditing
- Experience in engaging NMDPRA, NUPRC and other NNPC agencies.
- Valuable knowledge of safety procedures and environmental management systems

Pay: ₦1,000,000.00 - ₦1,200,000.00 per month
