The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial reporting, forecasting, and project profitability within a construction or project-based setting. You will lead a team, enhance our financial controls, and strengthen reporting processes to support the company's growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Own financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods
- Lead annual budgeting and cash-flow planning processes




- Oversee project profitability and job costing management
- Develop financial dashboards and key performance indicators
- Strengthen risk management and compliance reporting

Requirements:

- 7+ years in finance or accounting roles, preferably in construction
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis
- CPA designation preferred, with project-based environment experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
