It is an expectation they adhere to the policies outlined in Hall’s HSE and are an active participant in site organization and safety.Core Responsibilities:Drives production of the crewAbility to mentor/train labourers & pipelayersDirect machineryCan read drawingsIdentify soil typesUnderstands correct amount of gravel placement around pipe prior to backfillQualificationsWork on jobsites in the Victoria areaYears of experience: Minimum 2 as a civil pipelayerEducation: High School or EquivalentConsidered an asset:Ground Disturbance Lv. 2Confined SpaceFall ProtectionFirst AidPhysical fitness for high-intensity tasks.Lift up to 50lbsThis role includes tasks requiring respiratory protection. Employees must be clean-shaven and fit-tested for ½ or full non-powered respirators, as per Provincial OHS Regulations and Hall OHS Policy.Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as necessary to meet project deadlines.Technical SkillsUnderstands proper setup and utilization of laserBasic understanding of site drawingsInstalls pipe at grade (PVC, HDPE, Concrete)Understands and utilizes proper rigging procedure including choosing the correct rigging,
