- Work closely with the Lead Game Designer and other team members to deliver high-quality features from conception to implementation
- Create complex designs based on the game's core pillars established by the Directors
- Provide relevant design vision and documentation for required game systems
- Lead a small multidisciplinary team to develop game systems to the required quality level
- Create high-quality gameplay within the direction's constraints
- Create and update all game design documentation
- Create and balance gameplay systems
- Test features in Live and QA environments
- Document, implement, iterate, and balance features until they reach the required quality level

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in the video game industry
- Experience with 3Cs: camera, character, and controls
- Experience with combat games and multiplayer games
- Proficiency with Unreal 4.X and Blueprints for scripting and testing purposes is nice to have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and/or English
