We are recruiting an experienced KBE Engineer to join our team to support our client in the automotive industryNOTE:Hybrid working position in Windsor, ON 2-3 days per week with the potential to be fully onsite in the futureMust be willing and able to travel to the US for meetings without restrictions from first day of workMust have a valid driver’s license and clean driving recordRESPONSIBILITIES:Creating CAD solid models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniquesDictating architecture and construction techniquesDefining master template modeling structuresSpecific design commodity exterior plastic partsREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or EE) or equivalent bachelors degree with experienceSelf-starter, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle increasingly complex assignments without constant supervisionPlastic injection molding experience with exterior parts such as front and rear bumpers, grills, bracketry etc.2+ Years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX or other CAD systems ( Catia,
