We are looking for a technically strong Senior Java Support Engineer with 8+ years of experience to support and enhance a critical in-house web application. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on qualified who enjoys troubleshooting, development, and working directly with customers and end users.

? Location

Remote (Must be available to work in the EST time zone)

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide application maintenance and support (break-fix / M&S;) activities.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Perform application enhancements and development activities.
- Support annual upgrades and updates of application libraries and tools.
- Collaborate with customers and end users to understand and resolve issues.
- Work independently as an Individual Contributor while managing multiple priorities.

✅ Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Java application support and development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
