Le poste en une phrase

Nous cherchons un·e QA senior autonome pour prendre en main et faire grandir notre système de tests automatisés end-to-end (déjà en place, basé sur Playwright), le fiabiliser dans notre CI, et porter la stratégie de test de l'équipe.

Ce que tu vas faire

- Reprendre et faire évoluer notre suite de tests E2E Playwright existante : étendre la couverture sur les parcours critiques, refactorer ce qui doit l'être, réduire la flakiness.
- Industrialiser les tests dans la CI (GitHub Actions) : intégration au pipeline, exécutions parallèles, reporting clair, gates de merge fiables — pour que l'équipe déploie en confiance.
- Définir et porter la stratégie de test : quoi automatiser vs tester manuellement, priorisation par le risque, critères d'acceptation co-construits avec les devs et le produit.
- Faire de la QA exploratoire / manuelle sur les nouvelles features avant automatisation, et transformer les bugs récurrents en tests de non-régression.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs front (React / Next.js) et back (Python / FastAPI) et le produit — la qualité est l'affaire de tous, tu en es le·la garant·e.

Expérience requise (must-have)

- 5+ ans d'expérience en QA, dont une part significative en automatisation de tests E2E.
- Maîtrise de Playwright (TypeScript / JavaScript) — ou expertise Cypress / Selenium avec capacité à monter vite sur Playwright.
- Expérience concrète de l'intégration de tests dans une CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI ou équivalent) :



tu as déjà stabilisé des suites lentes ou flaky et sais pourquoi elles le deviennent.
- Capacité à définir une stratégie de test de zéro et à la défendre : pyramide de tests, gestion du risque, ce qu'on automatise et ce qu'on n'automatise pas.
- Autonomie réelle : tu avances sans qu'on te dise quoi faire, tu arbitres, tu documentes.
- Aisance en environnement startup / agile : à l'aise avec l'ambiguïté et les priorités qui bougent, et tu communiques clairement à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Ce qui fera la différence (nice-to-have)

- Expérience de test de produits IA / LLM ou de systèmes au comportement non déterministe (sorties variables, seuils de tolérance).
- Notions de backend (Python / FastAPI) et/ou de tests d'API.
- Sensibilité performance et sécurité.
- Posture lead / référent·e : cadrer les bonnes pratiques QA de l'équipe et faire monter les autres en compétence.

The role in one sentence

We're looking for an autonomous,



senior QA engineer to take ownership of and grow our end-to-end automated testing system (already in place, built on Playwright), harden it in our CI, and drive the team's testing strategy.

What you'll do

- Take over and evolve our existing Playwright E2E suite: extend coverage of critical user journeys, refactor what needs it, and drive down flakiness.
- Industrialize testing in CI (GitHub Actions): pipeline integration, parallel runs, clear reporting, reliable merge gates — so the team ships with confidence.
- Define and own the test strategy: what to automate vs. test manually, risk-based prioritization, acceptance criteria built together with engineering and product.
- Run exploratory / manual QA on new features before automation, and turn recurring bugs into regression tests.
- Work closely with frontend (React / Next.js) and backend (Python / FastAPI) engineers and product — quality is everyone's job, and you own it.

Required experience (must-have)

- 5+ years in QA, with a significant part in E2E test automation.
- Strong Playwright skills (TypeScript / JavaScript) — or deep Cypress / Selenium expertise with the ability to ramp up on Playwright quickly.
- Hands-on experience integrating tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or equivalent): you've stabilized slow or flaky suites before and understand why they get that way.
- Ability to define a test strategy from scratch and defend it: test pyramid, risk management, what gets automated and what doesn't.
- Genuine autonomy: you move forward without being told what to do, you make the calls, you document them.
- Comfort in a startup / agile setting: at ease with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and a clear communicator in writing and in person.

What sets you apart (nice-to-have)

- Experience testing AI / LLM products or systems with non-deterministic behavior (variable outputs, tolerance thresholds).
- Familiarity with backend (Python / FastAPI) and/or API testing.
- A feel for performance and security testing.
- A lead / reference posture: able to shape the team's QA best practices and level up others.
