As part of Conair, the world’s largest privately-owned aerial firefighting company, your role involves the thorough induction of technical records into our ERP system, verifying maintenance details, and resolving discrepancies effectively. Your expertise will play a key role in aircraft acquisition, import, and lease activities under the guidance of the Special Projects & Acquisition Controller (SPAC).
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accurate induction of aircraft technical records
• Implement data validation and migration plans




• Research and confirm aircraft configurations and histories
• Reconcile maintenance accomplishments with Conair standards
• Manage controlled component reviews diligently
Requirements:
• At least three years in aircraft records or technical roles
• Experience with maintenance information systems required
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance regulations crucial
• Robust problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
• Authorization to work in Canada is required
