Elite Domo Academy is seeking an experienced Senior Learning Architect – Curriculum & Competency Development to lead the design of the educational framework for a recent professional training academy dedicated to careers within private households.

The mandate will encompass the development of the Academy's competency framework, curriculum architecture, learning experience, assessment methodology, practical training model, and certification framework.

This is a strategic educational design mandate rather than primarily a course-development position. The successful candidate will establish the pedagogical foundation upon which individual programs, courses, learning materials, and professional pathways can subsequently be developed.

- Incorporate realistic private household scenarios into the learning methodology.

- Develop an educational progression that moves learners from knowledge acquisition through practice to demonstrated professional competence.
- Ensure that behavioural and interpersonal competencies are embedded throughout the learning experience rather than treated exclusively as theoretical subjects.

Assessment & Competency Validation

- Develop a comprehensive competency-based assessment strategy.
- Recommend appropriate knowledge, practical, behavioural, and scenario-based assessment methodologies.
- Design assessment criteria, observation frameworks, scoring methodologies, and evaluation rubrics.
- Establish standards for determining successful demonstration of competence.
- Develop mechanisms to support consistency, objectivity, and quality assurance between instructors and assessors.
- Recommend appropriate capstone or final competency assessments.

- Design a framework for supervised practical training within appropriate residential or simulated household environments.
- Establish learning objectives and competency requirements for practical placements.
