As part of a temporary replacement mandate, the selected candidate will play an active role in supporting the organization’s legal activities related to its Canadian and international operations.

The position is based in Montreal and follows a hybrid work model, with a few days per week in the office.

The ideal candidate stands out for their versatility, ability to quickly grasp recent concepts, as well as their practical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and strong business acumen.

What you bring

- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
- Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience (private practice and/or in-house);
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills;
- Autonomy, sound judgment, and robust prioritization skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and rigor.

Your responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (procurement, marketing, technology, licensing,



intellectual property, etc.);
- Identify risks and propose practical solutions aligned with business objectives;
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and internal stakeholder training.
