Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.

- Qualified Engineering designation considered an asset.

Experience

- 7+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance leadership experience.

- 5+ years leading maintenance across multiple facilities.

- Experience within CPG, food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceutical, or highly automated industrial environments.

- Proven success leading unionized and salaried teams.

- Experience managing large capital projects and reliability programs.

Technical Skills

- CMMS systems (SAP PM,



Maximo, CHAMPS, etc.)
