Intelligence team at CGIC is seeking a Senior Manager with strong leadership skills. You will have 3-5 years of leadership experience and 10 years in Business Intelligence, acting as a champion for creative analytics and BI delivery. The focus is on establishing effective work models and driving continuous improvement in teams and processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish multidisciplinary work processes for BI initiatives
- Create execution plans and quality standards for deliverables
- Develop engaged teams through effective leadership
- Drive innovation and partnerships in the data strategy
- Ensure accountability for BI deliverables at scale Requirements:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- 10 years in Business Intelligence or Analytics
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Expert knowledge in Analytics and BI Technologies
