SKILLS REQUIRED

- Solid experience as a Business Analyst within Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Prime Brokerage environments.
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, functional specifications, and process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, securities, settlements, reconciliation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, SQL, and UAT is preferred.
