You will oversee high-volume vehicle flow across the lot, ensuring incoming units, service vehicles, and outbound deliveries are staged, parked, and moved efficiently without gridlock or delays. You will lead a team of attendants in an active, outdoor, fast-moving environment where precision, speed, and spatial awareness are essential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized chaos, has strong logistical instincts, and can maintain control in high-pressure, high-volume conditions.Oversee end-to-end vehicle movement across intake, staging, service, and delivery zonesEnsure smooth coordination between incoming transport, shop workflow,



and outbound deliveriesMaintain operational flow across a high-volume overnight environmentLead attendants in real time to ensure consistent execution of parking and movement standardsHigh-Density Flow CoordinationAct as the lead coordinator for all vehicle arrivals and departures across the lotBreak down vehicle movement into clear staging zones to avoid confusion or congestionContinuously monitor entry and exit points to prevent bottlenecksReassign attendants dynamically based on volume spikes and priority areasOptimize parking layout to maximize space while maintaining emergency access and "first-out" readinessHands-On Floor LeadershipStay physically present on the lot to direct real-time vehicle movementDemonstrate correct parking and movement techniques for attendants to followGive immediate feedback to improve speed, accuracy, and safety complianceReinforce safety standards including speed control, pedestrian awareness, and visibility rulesStep in directly during complex or high-risk repositioning situationsInventory Integrity & AuditPerform regular zone counts to ensure physical inventory matches system recordsIdentify stalled, misplaced, or underutilized vehicles in the workflowMaintain organized,
