This role focuses on embedding security and compliance into cloud platforms through Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code, eliminating manual Click Ops approaches.The position requires the ability to assess cloud architectures against recognized standards such as ISO, NIST, and CIS, translate requirements into enforceable controls, and automate compliance at scale. The engineer will work closely with platform, networking, and application teams across regions to strengthen security posture while enabling delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and operate security controls for Microsoft Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code and Policy as CodePerform security and compliance assessments aligned with ISO, NIST, and CIS benchmarksTranslate regulatory and internal requirements into practical, scalable cloud security controlsDevelop and maintain Policy as Code using Azure Policy, Open Policy Agent, and HashiCorp SentinelEvaluate and harden cloud architectures with a focus on networking, routing, firewalls, and secure connectivityImplement and manage secure key and secret management using Azure Key VaultLeverage Microsoft Defender for Cloud to monitor posture, identify risks,
