Role: Senior .NET Software Developer

Location: Montreal, Canada — Onsite (Day 1)

Role Summary The Senior .NET Software Developer squad to design, implement, and provide L3 support for enterprise SaaS integrations and cloud platforms. The developer collaborates closely with Product Owners, SaaS vendors, and internal engineering teams to build resilient, secure, and scalable solutions. The role carries hands-on ownership of platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, as well as participation in an on-call engineering rotation approximately once every eight weeks.

? Key Responsibilities

- SaaS Onboarding & Integration o Lead onboarding, integration solution design, and lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS platforms including Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, and Microsoft 365.
- Platform Tooling & Development o Develop and maintain internal tooling, update documentation, and deliver automation solutions that support cloud-based services.
- CI/CD & DevOps o Improve platform reliability by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps best practices across the engineering stack.
- L3 Production Support & Escalation o Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues, coordinating with SaaS vendors and internal teams to drive resolution.
- Identity & Authentication o Design and support enterprise authentication and identity integrations using OAuth, OIDC, and SAML protocols.




- Networking & Infrastructure o Apply hands-on knowledge of web proxy and load-balancing technologies to support networking requirements of cloud platforms.
- Compliance & Standards o Ensure all solutions meet risk, security, change management, and operational standards established by the organization.

Technical Skills

- Programming: .NET (6+ years), C#
- SaaS & Cloud Platforms: Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft 365 — onboarding, lifecycle management, and automation
- Authentication & Identity: OAuth, OIDC, SAML, enterprise identity integrations
- Networking: Web proxy, load balancing, networking fundamentals
- DevOps & CI/CD: CI/CD pipeline design, DevOps tooling, automation
- Support: L3 production support, on-call engineering rotations

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and prioritization in complex, rapid-moving environments

? Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 6+ years of hands-on application development experience with .NET and C#
- Demonstrated background in enterprise SaaS integration and cloud platform engineering
