UHN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the South 4 Progressive and Geriatric Rehabilitation Unit in Toronto. The role involves coordinating comprehensive nursing care for LTLD/Geri Rehab patients, educating families and inter-professional teams, and contributing to discharge planning to support safe transitions.

Applicants must be in positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, with preference for LTLD rehab experience and gerontology or rehab nursing certification, plus BCLS
