Lead maintenance operations at a progressive manufacturing facility. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will enhance equipment reliability while ensuring safety standards are upheld as part of the RS team.
Reporting to the Manager of Facilities & Maintenance, the Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the production of composite utility poles. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, generating work orders, and assisting skilled trades staff to maintain optimal equipment performance. You will also handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review equipment performance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
• Assist trades staff in scheduling and sourcing components




• Monitor wet-out box cleaning performance
• Develop safety work orders and coordinate their completion
• Participate in 5S and Lean activities
Requirements:
• Technical post-secondary diploma or degree
• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing setting
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
• Ability to navigate industrial production settings
