Elevate customer interactions with Spicers as a full-time Customer Service Representative based in Kitchener, Ottawa, or Vaughan. This role focuses on order processing and delivering exceptional product support.
At Spicers, a well-established, fifth-generation family-owned company, you will report to the Customer Service Manager. As a representative, you will process customer orders through various channels, provide crucial product information, and maintain strong relationships with customers and the Outside Sales team. Your contributions ensure productive order delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders received via phone, fax, and email
• Input orders in the system for timely invoicing




• Provide detailed product suggestions and substitutions
• Coordinate deliveries efficiently with customers
• Gather and address customer feedback promptly
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years in sales/customer service
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
