South Etobicoke Event/Exhibit/Design company is seeking a Senior Project/Production Co-Ordinator with a diverse pallet of experience and industry knowledge. Description:

The Senior Production/Project Manager is responsible for planning, logistics and execution of exhibit delivery with overall budgets ranging from $5K - $100K. This role is involved in the creative, planning and implementation of exhibit and event programs that inspire and engage. This is an exciting role with abundant room for strategy, creativity and growth.

The Senior Production/Project Manager works with multiple stakeholders, including internal and external design teams to ensure activations are creatively developed, strategically planned and executed flawlessly. This is a leadership role with a high level of exposure across the organization which requires a high degree of professionalism and effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include

- Working as a critical contributor to projects from strategy, creative concept, budgeting, planning and execution
- Balancing multiple projects while servicing different clients




- Budget Creation and Management – Securing contracts with suppliers while continuously improving our record of delivering cost-savings without compromising quality.
- Client interactions
- Project scheduling

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ of event/exhibit/design production experience
- Responsibilities include planning, budget creation and execution
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products namely: MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Additional Information:

- Evening and weekend work is required on occasion
- Site work including installation and dismantle may be required
- An ability to lift 40-50lbs is required
- Comfort with tools, and general "handiness" is a benefit
- Some travel possibly required

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
