Join Northback as a Senior Project Engineer focusing on water management in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta. Contribute to the Grassy Mountain project through all engineering phases and significant initiatives. This role involves leading water management structures, coordinating various engineering disciplines, and ensuring effective project execution.

The Senior Project

Engineer will oversee the Environmental Impact Assessment and manage technical deliverables throughout construction and operations. You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders during pre-construction, construction, and project closure. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead delivery of water management structures and facilities
- Coordinate geochemistry, hydrology, and hydrogeology disciplines




- Monitor water management system performance during operations
- Assist in finalizing EIA technical documentation
- Provide oversight of cost estimates and reporting Requirements:
- Qualified Engineer registered in Canada
- Minimum 7 years in large mining or oil and gas projects
- Essential experience in water management
- Proficient in MS Office; GoldSim is an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills Utilize your engineering expertise in a vibrant mountain community while advancing sustainable project solutions.
