Location: Canada (Hybrid, occasional onsite requirements in Ottawa)

Duration: 12-month contract with extension potential

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Overview Our Crown client is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to support the delivery of technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Coordinate resources and project deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Engage stakeholders and provide updates to leadership teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support release management activities
- Ensure projects meet governance, documentation, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Project Management,



Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology transformation projects
- 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies and Agile delivery practices

Additional Requirements

- Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada
- Eligible to obtain Reliability Status security clearance
- Experience with infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, or technology transformation projects is highly preferred
