Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do:InnovationTrustEntrepreneurshipCustomer FocusWhat You’ll Be Contributing:Translate business needs into solution options and end-to-end architectures, including context, component, integration, and data flow diagrams, technical trade-offs, recommendations, and architectural decisions.Assess proposed changes and solution options across applications, integrations, reports, and data flows to identify dependencies, risks, downstream impacts, and key trade-offs such as configuration vs. customization, platform vs. satellite solutions, and build vs. buy.Design and review application and integration solutions using APIs, middleware, messaging, ETL/ELT, ERP-connected applications, or integration platforms as appropriate, with attention to security, reliability, monitoring, versioning, and maintainability.Collaborate across Enterprise Applications, IT, PMO, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate designs into implementable solutions and provide guidance through design reviews and delivery.Remain technically hands‑on enough to build prototypes or proofs of concept and support troubleshooting of complex implementation issues when required.Promote effective use of AI and automation tools across the team by developing practical standards, reusable approaches, and best practices that improve solution design,
